Avisina: personal care and attention from A to Z
The intake, diagnosis, treatment and care is done entirely by Avisina’s in-house urologist and nurse. The whole process is carried out by the one and same specialist.
Urology is a medical specialty that deals with disorders of the urinary tract and the male sexual organs. The urologist carries out much of the examinations himself. Any operations required in the urological field are also done by the urologist.

Meet our professionals
Dr Nader Naderi studied medicine at the Free University of Amsterdam (VUMC). Dr Naderi earned his medical degree cum laude at the VUMC. He trained as a urologist at the Academic Medical Center (AMC) and worked for a while at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital to gain broad experience.
Born in 1954 in Amsterdam.
After completing his medical studies at the Free University, he worked with surgeons and gynaecologists for two years in Hoorn. After that he took tropical medicine courses.
She has been the driving force of the Avisina team since 2013, not only as a nurse, but also as the practice manager. In her role, Ms Van Popering is one of the regular points of contact in the practice and she walks patients through every stage of their care process from A to Z.
